Xanthan Gum

It has unique rheological property, good water solubility, stability to heat, acid and alkali, and good compatibility with a variety of salts. As a thickener, suspension agent, emulsifier, and stabilizer, it can be widely used in more than 20 industries such as food, petroleum, medicine, etc. It is the largest microbial polysaccharide produced in the world and has extremely wide applications.

 

Xanthan Gum Food Grade is a polysaccharide secreted by the bacterium Xanthomonas campestris, used as a food additive and rheology modifier, commonly used as a food thickening agent (in salad dressings, for example) and a stabilizer (in cosmetic products,for example, to prevent ingredients from separating).
