Uses: Applied in Industry as Leavening agent, Nutrition fortifier, Buffering agent, Chelating agent.It can be widely used as a bacterial culture agent, a flavoring agent for synthetic sake, as a raw material in potassium metaphosphate production, and as a culture, reinforcing, leavening and fermentation agent in yeast.It is used as bacterial culture agent, seasoning agent for synthetic sprinkling, raw material for preparing potassium metaphosphate, culture agent, fortifier, bulking agent and fermentation assistant for brewing yeast. Food grade products are used in the food industry to manufacture baked goods, monosodium glutamate and fermentation powder.
